We are a small team of seasoned entrepreneurs who design, develop, and market. Since 2003, we’ve built 6 startups from scratch. 5 have been profitable. 2 have been acquired.
We also consult for other companies that have a great vision. We’ve had the honor of working with companies like Chegg, StubHub, BizFilings, The Knot, and Zulily.
Companies hire us to solve problems. So, we interview potential customers. We prototype. We build and ship software. And then help market and grow the business.
Simply put, we know how to execute visions.
Here’s a small subset of our products and work ↓
Our first product, Rollback, launched in 2003. Years before online coupons became mainstream with companies like Groupon and Retailmenot. Over 6000 retailers used our platform as a distribution channel for their online coupons and deals. The product was acquired by Walmart.
Read Print started life as a free online library for students, teachers and the classics enthusiast. Within the first month of launch in 2003, it turned profitable and grew exponentially by word of mouth. Read Print has been featured all over the news including Time Magazine, BBC World News, NY Times, and hundreds more. At the time of acquisition, the site had over 500K users.
Bright Journey is our way of giving back to the startup community. It’s a community of exceptionally talented entrepreneurs all working together to share startup knowledge. Anyone can ask a question. Anyone can answer. Best answers are voted up and rise to the top. Launched in 2014, it’s growing faster than we anticipated.
UnderTag was a daily deals platform that targeted the parenting market in NYC. While we had initial success with exclusive deals with companies like Gymboree and Gap, we eventually had to close the business as it wasn’t profitable. It was tough, but we learnt many lessons that helped improve our other ventures.
MyBuys, now the leader in cross-channel personalization for retailers, hired us to create the analytics dashboard for their merchants. Their Active Shopper Database contains behaviors and purchase intent for more than 250 million consumers, offering personalization solutions across channels and devices.
19Holes hired us to execute on their vision of creating a platform for investors that alerts them of technical analysis signals for buying or selling a stock. The startup’s goal is to make investing simple, enjoyable and rewarding. Investors can leverage their network to confirm their buy or sell hypothesis and uncover new investment opportunities.
